This month’s meeting features a talk on Healthy Weight Management followed by our Community Support Program public meeting and a TMCA/PerformCare Stakeholder Input session. PerformCare works with TMCA to provide behavioral health care to Medical Assistance clients in the Franklin-Fulton region through the HealthChoices program.
