Lili has served in nonprofit and higher education roles for more than 35 years. Her recent work with nonprofits has included executive director, program operations director and director of emergency assistance, where she was awarded JEA’s Light It Forward Award in Jacksonville, Florida. The award honors employees at area nonprofits who help low-income customers seeking utility bill assistance. Lili holds an Education Specialist Degree in Education Administration from the University of Nebraska and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.

Director of Operations – Scott Graham – [email protected]

Scott Graham is the Director of Operations. Scott is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization as well as supporting the staff in their respective roles.

Scott is working towards his Bachelor’s in Psychology with a focus on Mental Health and has plans to continue to a Master’s level degree as well. Scott was previously the Housing Program Manager and utilized that time to support peers in the community facing struggles with financial stability or any risk of homelessness. Before working at the Mental Health Association of Franklin and Fulton Counties, Scott spent 11 years working within the IDD field before making the switch and joining the Mental Health Association’s team.

I/FST Program Manager – Chelsea Tracey – [email protected]

Chelsea is the program manager of the Community Support Program, overseeing the Helpline, Senior Reach, Support Groups, and CSP activities and events.

Chelsea has her Master’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in family and community studies in which she utilizes by helping individuals and families in her community through advocacy, support and ensuring mental health needs are being met. Chelsea enjoys working with individuals of all ages bringing almost 10 years of professional experience to the community within the human service field. Chelsea is a busy mom of two who enjoys activities with her children, cooking, hiking and practicing self-care when possible.

Peer Support Services Program Manager – Denita Mohney – [email protected]

Denita is the Program Manager for the Peer Support Services Program. She works hard to support her team of Certified Peer Specialists as they support their peers as well as working to ensure the program follows all OHMSAS regulations.

Denita has her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State. Prior to her time at MHA, Denita spent many years working as a Behavioral Specialist for IDD group homes and also has a background in working with youth.

CSP Program Manager – Alex Stanton – [email protected]

Alex is the manager Individual / Family Satisfaction Team (I/FST) at MHA. I/FST is responsible for reaching out to residents of Franklin and Fulton County who have medical assistance and participate in behavioral health or drug and alcohol services. The members of this team survey individuals on their services and inquire on their satisfaction, providing resources and ensuring participants have all the tools for success. The survey team is also responsible for Independent Monitoring for Quality surveys (IM4Q). IM4Q monitors the satisfaction and quality of life of individuals receiving services in Pennsylvania’s (PA’s) developmental disability system, through interviews. Data gathered from the IM4Q interviews is organized into the areas of individual satisfaction, dignity, respect and rights, choice and control, relationships, inclusion, and monitor impressions of competence, personal growth, and opportunities. The results are shared with the county and with supports coordinators to improve the overall quality of life.

Alex holds her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Shippensburg University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Health. Alex has prior experience working as a direct support professional for IDD and a case manager for justice-involved youth. Alex is a current board member of the Suicide Prevention Alliance (SPA) and the Pennsylvania Mental Health Consumers’ Association (PMHCA).

Housing Program Manager – Austin Garcia – [email protected]

Austin is the dedicated housing program manager at the Mental Health Association with a focus on securing housing for low-income individuals and providing vital support for those managing mental health issues and disabilities.

With a background as a case manager for at-risk youth and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Austin is deeply committed to advocating for vulnerable populations and securing access to safe and stable housing.
